Introduction

Magenest Rope Theme is a Magento 2 theme with a very elegant and minimalist design. It is a creative, innovative and responsive multipurpose theme for Fashion, Digital and Hightech store, fashion stores, clothing store, gift shop, etc. This theme is easy to customize, ready to use. With this theme, you can install and set up the theme with ease.

 

Requirements

Your store should be running on:

  • Magento Community Edition version 2.2 or newer.
  • Magento Enterprise Edition version 2.2 or newer.

 

 

Configuration

Enable the theme

(plus) To enable the Couture Fashion theme, on the Admin sidebar, go to Content > Schedule > Add Design Change > General Settings. 

    • Store: select your store to change the theme.
    • Custom Design: select Magenest Rope.
    • Date From/To: The time duration for an available theme.
    • Click on Save button to save the configuration.

(plus) After saving, clear the cache of Magento, go to System > Cache Management > Flush Magento Cache.


 

Apply sample data

(plus) On the admin sidebar, go to Store > Configuration.

(plus) On the Configuration page, under Magenest tab, select Rope Sample Data.

(plus) Magenest Sample Data For Rope Theme: select Simple Data ver 1.

(plus) Click on Save Config to save the settings.

 



Set the default home page

(plus) On the admin sidebar, go to Store > Configuration.

(plus) On the Configuration page, under General tab, select Web.

(plus) Expand Default Pages section, in CMS Home Page field, select a default layout type for the homepage. There are two options: Home Page Rope Theme V1 and Home Page Rope Theme V2.

(plus) Click on Save Config to save the settings.

 

Logo, Favicon and CopyRight

(plus) On the admin sidebar, go to Content > Configuration, go to Design Configuration page. Select Magenest Rope theme, then click on Edit.

    • Under the Header section, upload or select the image for the logo on Logo Image field.

    • Under the HTML Head section, select or upload images for the Favicon icon.

 

    • Under the Footer section, set the CopyRight for the theme.

 

    • Click on Save Configuration button to save the settings. 


Home page configuration

To set the configuration for Homepage, on the admin sidebar, navigate to Content > Pages. Go to the Pages list, there are two available pages.

Widget settings

(plus) On the admin sidebar, navigate to Content > Widgets. There are three available widgets: Top footer, Information footer and Homepage-link footer. Admin can set up for a widget following the instruction below:

    • Type: Select CMS Static Block.

    • Design Package/Theme: Select Magenest Rope.
    • Widget Title: Enter title for the widget. 

    • Assign to Store Views: select All Page.

    • Sort Order: set the order position for the widget.

    • Layout Updates
      • Display On: Select All Pages.
      • Container: Select a block for the widget.

(plus) After finishing, click on Save button to save the configuration.

Update

 

  • When a bug fix or new feature is released, we will provide you with the product's new package.
